Nothing you cant find for free online,
After first seeing this book about a year ago listed as coming soon, I have been excited to get my hands on it. Well I have to say for a book that is supposed to “close the gap” for Photoshop and it’s use in architecture it has missed the mark. First off, the layout is very poor. Text and images are laid-out in way it is hard to read or tell what you are looking at. The text reads like the author took his German text and placed it into Google Language translator and copy/pasted it into the book. In Chapter 7 he explains the setting up of a CAAD line conversion>pdf>illustrator>photoshop. If you are unfamiliar enough with photoshop to be using this book then this is a vital work flow step he should explain, rather then just saying how he has conveniently done it for you already. Finally the information presented is nothing you can not find for free on various tutorial sites. There are no new tips and tricks you have not seen before. There are no inspirational compositions presented. Very disappointing. “Enhancing CAD Drawings with Photoshop” by Scott Onstott is much better and more bang for the buck!

If you’re pro & looking for some new tips or insights from this book. You’ll be totally disappointing. I really dont know what this book is intented for. It is not cheap & definitely not useful at all. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Some online tutorials are even more helpful!!!

|Nice book poor content,
We ordered this book for our photoshop class at school only to be surprised at its contents its like looking through a childrens puzzle trying to figure out what they are talking about. Very strange way to build a book. Guess i should just put my back on ebay and put the money into a worthwhile book and not this junk.
